Shipping and Returns

Where possible, all orders are shipped the following business day. 

Once your order leaves Adore Store HQ you will receive a system-generated email with a button that links to your order. If you click this button you will see your tracking information.

All orders are processed on a first come first served basis although if you do need something sent urgently please send an email to hello@adorestore.co.nz with your order number and we will do our very best to accommodate you.  

Our courier provider attempts to deliver overnight to urban centres within the North Island, so you should expect delivery the day after you receive your dispatch email with tracking information. 

If you live in an urban centre and haven't received your order five business days from dispatch, please get in touch. If you live rurally, please allow a minimum of five business days for your order to arrive from the receipt of your dispatch email. If you have not received an automated email to notify you your order is on its way, please check your spam folder, sometimes these automated emails can end up here.
